About the founder – Keith Turnbull; After a post University brush with the accountancy sector, Keith quickly found his natural calling to be maximising sales. As National Sales Manager in the transport sector, he learned quickly through practical experience how to coach, mentor and motivate a sales team of 70. Then came Europe wide roles in a totally different field, working with clients that included Governments and the Ministry of Defence. These positions of responsibility involved developing a widely dispersed business team to think creatively and to establish their own procedures and robust systems to meet and exceed standards in the most demanding environments, including business contingency planning for unprecedented events.
Keith has also performed trouble shooting and risk consultancy roles; foremost amongst which was a global risk consultancy firm where he was tasked with restoring the productivity of a demotivated sales team. A further key challenge was to re-energise an underperforming senior manager; having provided him with new work and life challenges his career was totally revived and his performance soared.
Keith also writes regular articles on British Armed Forces transition issues for Quest magazine; www.questonline.co.uk as well as working with the UK Tri Services supporting our armed forces, working mainly out off RAF Northolt, Aldershot Garrison and Portsmouth Naval Yard.
